WEEK 4

 Hello everyone!

I am officially 4 weeks into the MTC and I can not believe that I only have two weeks left, the days have felt like weeks but the weeks have felt like days. I have really loved this whole experience and it has really strengthened my testimony that God knows my struggles and will always be right by my side.

This week has been just like any other week in the MTC, AT least 6 hours of classes a day and usually at least 2-3 more hours are spent on the computer. But I had a visitor this week, my really good friend Elder Jones came up to stay with me for half of the week and that was so amazing to have an actual companion with me all that time.

I feel like I caught a second wind this week, although I did still struggle and had days that I broke down because I didn't know what I was doing. But I found my purpose this week, I feel like I really truly know why, why I am out here, why I am giving up two years, why I would put myself through so much instead of just starting my life. It is because God has done so much for me and has blessed me so tremendously with so many talents and gifts that I want to thank him. And the best way to do that is to lose myself in his work. I know that it is going to be hard and that I am going to struggle but I also know that god can do more with these 2 years of my life then I ever could with the rest of them.

I had the amazing opportunity to go through the temple twice this week. On Saturday I got to go through the timp temple for an Elder in my district named Elder Wlikins and today I got to go through the Ogden Temple for another Elder of my district named Elder Paystrup. Both times were so beautiful and everytime I go through I feel like I learn something new which is so amazing.

My and my companion, Elder Yospe, have been teaching this lady named Rachel and she is progressing so much. Every lesson is so amazing and in our next lesson we are extending an invitation to her to be baptized!!

I have the opportunity to serve as the district leader this week and it has really pushed me to be the best person I can be. It also meant that I had to lead the discussion about the missionary devotional this week which was amazing, it was my Jeffery R. Holland and M Russell Ballard and they are both so amazing. They really pushed me to find my purpose but they also taught me to love the trials because when else am I going to get to serve God 24/7 for two whole years.

I love you all!!

Love Elder Galli

Spiritual thought: Exodus 4:10-13

10 ¶ And Moses said unto the Lord, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of aspeech, and of a bslow tongue.11 And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who amaketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?12 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy amouth, and bteach thee what thou shalt csay.13 And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, aby the hand of him whom thou wilt send.

Moses didn't feel like he was enough, but who made Moses, thats right the Lord. God knows what we are capable of because We are made in HIS image. He literally created us. I know that I might not feel enough, but the Lord knows that I am enough.
